Terms of Service

01 · Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using SoundToStory, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must meet the minimum age to consent to online services where you live, or have a guardian’s permission.
02 · Account responsibility
Provide a working email address and protect that email account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect misuse. Do not share codes or attempt to bypass sign-in, security, quota, or access controls.
03 · Acceptable use
Only process files you have the right to use. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, distribute malicious content, attack systems, automate abusive traffic, defeat security controls, or interfere with others. We may limit or suspend risky or prohibited use.
04 · Local conversion and output
Media conversion runs in your browser. You are responsible for retaining originals and checking output quality, compatibility, and metadata. Estimates are not guarantees; browser, device memory, codec, and system limits can cause failures or different results.
05 · Paid plans
Price, duration, and features are shown before purchase. The 24-hour and 7-day Pro Passes are one-time payments that do not renew; access begins when the server confirms payment. Monthly subscriptions renew for the displayed period until canceled through your account or PayPal. Cancellation stops future charges while Pro access remains available through the current paid period; subscribing again can be scheduled to begin after that date. Deleting the account immediately cancels the linked subscription. Fees are not automatically refundable unless required by law. Taxes and PayPal terms may apply.
06 · Intellectual property
You retain rights in your input files and output. We and our licensors retain rights in the site, software, branding, and non-user content. We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service under these Terms.
07 · Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, implied warranties are excluded; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
08 · Liability, termination, and contact
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains governed by applicable law. You may stop using or delete your account; we may suspend accounts for unlawful conduct, security risk, or material breach. Updates will be posted here. Contact privacy@yoofungame.com with questions.
